Clothing Guidelines – Chi Classes

We request all participants in our Chi Classes to respect and follow these guidelines whether joining in person or online:

Shoulders and stomach to be covered at all times. For example, a t-shirt or long sleeved top.

Legs are to be covered to your ankles – tracksuit bottoms, leggings, loose fitting cotton trousers or martial arts uniform. Please ensure your clothes are clean and presentable.

Clean socks are to be worn at all times.

We also recommend that long hair be tied back for your convenience.


We have mats available which we disinfect after each client but you are welcome to bring your own should you prefer.

Please note that changing facilities are not currently available due to Covid-19 restrictions.
